Payment information
Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider. We do not store full card numbers, PayPal passwords, or payment account credentials. Transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, refund, support, and compliance purposes.
Service data
Service data may include requirements, integration notes, customer-provided data or source materials, support tickets, configuration records, and documentation feedback. We use this data only to provide the agreed service, troubleshoot issues, secure our systems, comply with lawful obligations, or follow customer instructions.
Service providers
We may share the minimum necessary project data with hosting, data processing, AI, email, analytics, security, or other technical providers when required to deliver the agreed service. Payment information is shared with the selected payment provider. We do not sell customer personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain project and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of eligible project data by contacting us.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide personal data, content, credentials, or other project materials to us.
