Germey Technology provides AI solution implementation and data services, including processing, workflow development, integration, documentation, and technical support. The specific scope is defined by the selected service and any written quotation agreed with the customer.
2. Project fees
Online checkout prices cover a base project package. We confirm the included scope in writing before work begins. Work outside that scope requires a separate quotation and customer approval.
3. Delivery
Services are delivered remotely. Depending on the project, delivery may include processed data, implemented workflows, software integration, test results, documentation, and support responses.
4. Customer materials
Customers must have the rights and permissions needed for any data, content, credentials, or systems they provide. Customers must not ask us to process unlawful material or use the services in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
5. Third-party services
Project delivery may use hosting, data processing, AI, or other technical providers where appropriate. Their availability and terms may affect a project, and we will use them only as needed for the agreed scope.
6. Payments
Prices are displayed before checkout or agreed in a written quotation. Online payment methods may include Stripe and PayPal where available. Invoices can be requested by contacting support.
